Welcome to our rescue farm located in Odenton, Maryland. Our animals reside on our 5-acre property on the west side of Anne Arundel County. We at Dragonfly Acres are on a mission, which is to provide the utmost in care for farm animals in need and to advocate for the betterment of farm animals.

 

Our goal is simple – to offer a safe, loving space for farm animals in need to thrive, while living out their lives with the dedicated care they deserve, even if it is a last act of kindness for their final days. We believe that all animals hold significance, and we work tirelessly each day to show these animals how much we care. In order to cultivate this safe space, we need your help. Farm animals require a multitude of expenses, and we simply cannot do this alone. This high standard of exceptional care includes veterinary costs, medication, animal feed, farrier, materials and supplies for safe housing and farm maintenance, operational expenses, and eventually farm expansion to extend our reach to new farm animals in need. The cost of this care for multiple animals, both large and small, is no secret. We hold a strong desire to serve our animals, but your financial supports are a necessity to give back to all.

 

Currently the best way to support is to provide a monetary donation. Your donations are tax-deductible and help our little farm thrive!  Dragonfly Acres Farm offers numerous ways you can donate, including a general monetary donation, sponsoring an animal, purchasing an item off our Wishlist, and shopping our exclusive DAF merchandise. We recognize that monetary donations can be difficult for many. Although even the smallest of donation provides support, there are additional means to provide aid to our farm, including volunteering with us and sharing our mission with the community. If you have made it to this page, we know you are a compassionate person who understands the value of the lives of all farm animals, while also recognizing the effort it takes to support these animals both physically and financially. We guarantee that every dollar of support goes directly to these animals and depicts your generosity towards our mission as a farmstead.
